FAQs

How does Laboro subscription work?

Laboro subscription works like any other subscription plan.  Think Netflix, HBO, Spotify.

Laboro subscription runs on a monthly billing cycle.  For example, if your subscription began on January 2nd, 2024, it would automatically renew on February 2nd, 2024. 

Your subscription plan details, billing date and the amount, are always up to date in the Laboro dashboard. 

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time ?

Of course. 

We understand that your needs might change, so we make it easy for you to adjust or cancel your subscription plan.

Before your make any changes, keep in mind the following:

1. You may change or cancel your subscription at any time, but any change will only take effect on the last day of your current subscription cycle.   

Example:  Your subscription cycle runs from Jan 1st until Jan 31st.   You may cancel the subscription auto-renewal on any day between Jan 1st and Jan 31st, however, your subscription will remain active until the end of the last day of the billing cycle (Jan 31st) and during that period you will be able to use all the subscription features.

To avoid getting charged for another billing cycle, you need to cancel your plan at least one day before your next scheduled billing date.                          

2. You might consider downgrading your subscription instead of cancelling it, to avoid losing you hiring data.

After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to access your Laboro account and use limited features.  However, your active job posts will be automatically closed. Your scheduled interviews and all in-progress applications will be archived.  

What if I need to post more jobs than my subscription plan allows?

Not a problem at all!

You can always purchase additional job posts, video/audio minutes, direct messages and invite-to-apply credits.  This will help you bridge the gap until your credits are refilled with the next billing cycle.   

Should you credit usage consistently exceed your plan's allotment, consider upgrading your plan. 

How can I purchase Laboro subscription? What payment methods can I use?

You may purchase Laboro subscription and add-ons via secure online checkout powered by Stripe, using any of the major credit cards.

What exactly is the definition of '1 Job Post'?

'1 job post' is a single vacancy, at a specific, unique address which is advertised on Laboro.

When posting a job on Laboro, keep in mind that, after the job has been posted, and the job post is active, the following information about the job CANNOT be edited:

- Job Title

- Name of the business were the job is to be performed

- Address of the business where the job is to be performed

All the other parameters can be modified to best match the labor market dynamic. 

What happens with the unused subscription credits (job posts, video/audio minutes etc.) at the end of the subscription period?

Unless you cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, all the credits which belong to your specific subscription plan will be reset to the package amounts at the start of the following subscription period.

The unused portion of the subscription credits are automatically forfeited at the end of the cycle.

However, add-on credits, purchased separately, are transferred to the next subscription period.
