How old do I need to be in order to sign up on Laboro?

A job seeker must be at least  15 years old in order to create a profile on Laboro.  However, job seekers are responsible to follow their local labor laws as they relate to the minimum working age.  For more information please see Terms & Conditions

Do I have to have a registered company in order to post jobs on Laboro?


In order to hire on Laboro, we will ask you to provide the following:
- Registered business name
- Official business address
- Business VAT number

Laboro for Employers:

Creating an account and employer profile on Laboro does not cost anything at all.   The powerful features like posting jobs, receiving unlimited number of qualified candidate matches, messaging candidates, conducting interviews within the app are included in monthly subscription plans.

Do I need to download an app or any software in order to use Laboro?


Laboro is a web-app, so there is no need to download anything on your device.

All you need to do is click on Log In/Sign In button.

In which languages is Laboro app available?

Laboro is available in English, Spanish, Croatian and Serbian.   

We will be soon rolling it out in additional languages, so stay tuned!

Do I need to create an account on Laboro in order to see what jobs are available?


You don't need to create an account on Laboro in order to:

- browse open job vacancies

- review job details (by clicking on "more about this job" link)

- share jobs with your network by clicking on the "share" icon

If you are a job seeker and want to apply to a job vacancy, or save a job so you can apply later, you need to register on Laboro and create your unique profile.  It takes less than 5 minutes and it's fun.  Give it a try! 🚀

Do I need to have en employer account in order to see candidate profiles on Laboro app?


We take protecting our user's privacy seriously.  Candidate profiles are only visible to registered users on Laboro app.

However, you may see a preview of 10 anonymized candidate profiles without a registered account on Laboro.

In order to view all available candidate profiles, or connect with the candidates, create your Laboro account and profile today.  It only takes a few minutes. 

How can I create an account on Laboro?

Creating an account on Laboro is fast, FREE and easy.

First, make sure to select the right role by clicking on

I am a job seeker         I am an employer


You may then create your account by:

1. providing your name, email address and setting up your secure password


2. clicking on one of the social media icons 

IMPORTANT: If you use social media to sign-up, make sure that the email address linked to you social media account is valid and accessible to you.  You will receive important email notifications at that address.



I am unable to create an account on Laboro. What should I do?

All right!  Let us help you troubleshoot the problem.

If you singed up with your email and password, check the list below:


You used a valid Email address:

1. You used your own, unique email address that was not used before to create an account on Laboro

2. You did not make any typos while entering your email address


Your password passes the validation test

It contains 

- at least 8 characters 

- at least one upper case and one lower case (ex. L, a)

- at least one number (1, 2, 3 etc)

- at least one special character (@,!,#,%,? etc)


You have confirmed your email address

1. Check your inbox and your spam/junk mail folder for the email from Laboro

2. If you found the email, click on the link in the email to confirm your email address or request a new link

I forgot my Laboro password. How can I reset it?

No worries.  It's easy to change your password. 

Just go to Laboro sign-in page, and click on "forgot password".  You will then receive an email from Laboro with a link reset your password.

Click on the link and create new password. 

Once you do, you'll receive a confirmation email from Laboro that your password has been changed. 

How can I delete my Laboro account?

We are sorry to see you go!!! 💔


However, deleting your account is easy. 

1. Log into your Laboro account.

2. Click on MyLaboro

3. Go to Settings and click on "Delete my account" button.


Keep in mind that by deleting your account, you will no longer be able to log into your account and any records and information associated with the account will be deleted and no longer accessible.


If you are job seeker, and you think you'll need to search for jobs in the future, we recommend that instead of deleting your account, you hide your profile by going to MyLaboro/MyProfile and select "Not available for hire" option in the drop down menu. When you choose this option, your profile will NOT be matched to jobs and will NOT be visible to Employers. When you are ready to come back, just change your profile status to "Actively looking for a job" or "Not looking but open to offers".


If you are an employer admin, keep in mind that any records and information associated with your Company account will be deleted and no longer accessible to you or any member of your team.

If you change your mind after deleting your account, you may reactivate your account by reaching out to the Laboro team within 14 days from the deletion date.

How long does it take to create a profile on Laboro?

Creating a profile on Laboro is fast, fun and easy and should take no more than 5 minutes. 🚀

You only need to create a profile on Laboro once.

Once you have an account on Laboro, we will guide you step-by-step through the profile set-up process.   It's equally easy to do it on any device. 

All you'll need to do is click and select the options that best represent you and your needs.  No typing necessary!

Special Tip:  Make sure you have a couple of profile photos ready to upload or ensure that you can take a photo on your device.  If you are an employer, also prepare a company logo image and a couple of photos that best represent your company.  Employer branding on Laboro is always FREE. 

Couldn't complete your profile set up?  No worries, your completed steps will be saved and you'll be able to continue where you stopped whenever you are ready.

What happens if I don't have time to finish my profile set-up? Can I continue where I dropped off later?

No worries if you don't finish setting up your profile. 

We will save all of your completed steps, so you can pick up where you left off later.

When you log into your account again, you'll be redirected to the first unfinished step.

Do I have to upload CV when creating my profile on Laboro? (Spoiler alert: Nooooooot!)

Absolutely NOT!  We've heard you loud and clear!   Creating CVs is nobody's favorite pastime. 

We created Laboro app to liberate you from the laborious work that goes into drafting, saving, uploading, downloading, formatting, reformatting a CV. 😩😩😩


Creating a profile on Laboro is fast, fun and easy and should take no more than 5 minutes. 🚀

And you only need to create a profile on Laboro once.  All you'll need to do is select and click the options that best represent you and your needs.  No typing necessary!   

Oh, and it's equally easy to do it on mobile, desktop and tablet.  

What if I need to make changes to my profile? Can I edit it?


Of course!  Editing your profile is easy.

Just go to "MyProfile" in your dashboard, click on the "Edit profile" icon in the upper right corner, make any necessary edits, and click on the save button to save your changes. 

Can I use my mobile phone to create Laboro profile?

Of course.  

Creating your profile on Laboro is fast and easy on any device: mobile, tablet or computer. Laboro app's simple, user friendly interface enables you to quickly click through options during your profile creation process, so you can do it in those "in-between" moments.... like before your next bust stop. 

Who all can see candidate profiles on Laboro app?

Candidate profiles can only be seen by employers who are registered users on the Laboro app.   

If you are a job seeker, whether or when employers can see your profile depends on your profile status settings.

1. Actively looking for a job - Your profile can be seen by ALL employers registered on Laboro, including your current employer, if she/he is registered on Laboro. Your profile may shown as a match to a job opening, or your profile may be found by an employer browsing the Laboro database.

2. Not looking but open to offers - Your profile will NOT be matched to any open jobs, BUT an employer may find your profile by browsing the Laboro database.

3. Not available for hire - Your profile is completely hidden and will not be matched to job openings, or appear in search results.

To set your profile status, go to MyLaboro/MyProfile page and click on the status drop-down menu in the upper right corner.


Non-registered users and registered job seekers can only see limited and anonymized candidate profiles. (No photos, no first and last name).

Who can create a Company profile on Laboro?

When an authorized representative of the company creates a Laboro account, he/she will be able to create both personal and company profiles. 

What do stars next to my profile photo signify?

What it is

Laboro app features 2-way rating systems, where job seekers rate employers, and vice-versa. The total score, represented by a decimal number represents the average score of all the submitted rating.  

What is being evaluated:

The evaluation of job seekers by employers, and vice-versa, is limited only to their interaction during the hiring process.   Both sides have an opportunity to provide rating on things like on-time arrival to the interview, professionalism, timely correspondence. 


What is not being evaluated:

The score does not reflect in any way the qualities or employers or a candidates beyond their behavior during the hiring process.   


Job search on Laboro

How is searching for jobs on Laboro different from searching for jobs on traditional job portals?

With Laboro app, you don't have to do the searching at all! 

Once you register and create your profile on Laboro, our powerful algorithm will continuously look for the best-suited opportunities for you, based on your job preferences and previous work experience you included in your Laboro profile.  Any time you log into your Laboro account, you will see an updated list of matches ranked  Excellent Match  , Very Good Match  and  Good Match

In addition, you may apply advanced filters and sorting options to organize and review your matches.

You can also take advantage of the search feature, and look for a particular job type, company, or job location.

How can I see all the jobs available in the Laboro database?

Laboro's commitment to you is that we would ALWAYS show you the jobs MOST relevant to you.    Because, who's got the time to endlessly scroll through irrelevant job posts 👨‍💻

And, how do we know what jobs are relevant to you?

You told us so while setting up your Laboro profile, when you selected the Job Types you were interested in.

For example:  If during your profile set-up, you selected "Restaurant" as the type of job you'd like us to show to you, you will only receive in your feed restaurant related jobs (waiter, hostess, barmen, restaurant manager etc.)

Of course, you can change your preferences in the profile setting at any time, and add or remove job types from your preferred list. 


If you would like to see ALL the jobs available in the Laboro database without changing your profile preferences, all you need to do is click on the filters icon (by the search bar), select "Category" and select all the relevant categories for which you'd like us to notify you about available jobs. 

If you'd like to search for a particular job role or a company,  just type in the role or the company name in the search field, and click "search" button. 

If at any point you are not getting enough results, makes sure to widen your search by removing some filters.

Can I save the jobs I like or hide the ones I am not currently interested in?

Of course. 

Save jobs that you like by simply clicking on the heart icon located below "Apply" button. To review your saved jobs, go to MyLaboro/Saved jobs. You can un-save the job by clicking on the heart again. 

Hide jobs by simply clicking on the eye icon located below "Apply" button. To review your hidden jobs, go to MyLaboro/Hidden jobs. You can un-hide hidden jobs, by clicking on the eye icon again.



How can I report a job post for inaccurate information?

We strive to create an honest, transparent and safe community on Laboro where everyone's experience in searching for a job will be a good one.  

The Report Job feature provides job seekers a way to directly report jobs that may violate Laboro’s Terms of Service, specifically fraudulent, spam, fake, or inaccurate jobs.


How to report a job?

1. Click on "More about this job" to view the detailed job page

2. Scroll to the bottom of the detailed job page and click on the blue flag “Report this job/employer” button

3. Fill out the “Report this job” form and click on the "Send" button

Applying for jobs on Laboro app

Does "applying with a single click" truly mean just 1 click?

That's right.   When we say "apply with a single click" we mean it!  There is no redirecting you to another company's website where you'll have to painstakingly fill out long, unfriendly forms. 

Here is what applying for a job on Laboro looks like:

We will send a notification to the employer to check your application and you can relax and wait to hear back.

I am not yet registered on Laboro app. Can I apply for a job in the Laboro app?

In order to best match you with relevant jobs, you must have an account and a profile created on Laboro.

Where can I see all the jobs I applied to?

All of your applications will be saved in MyApplications folder, in your profile dashboard. 

There you'll see when you applied to the job and you'll be able to see the details of the job.  This can come in handy when preparing for an interview. :-)

Managing Subscriptions

How does Laboro subscription work?

Laboro subscription works like any other subscription plan.  Think Netflix, HBO, Spotify.

Laboro subscription runs on a monthly billing cycle.  For example, if your subscription began on January 2nd, 2024, it would automatically renew on February 2nd, 2024. 

Your subscription plan details, billing date and the amount, are always up to date in the Laboro dashboard. 

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time ?

Of course. 

We understand that your needs might change, so we make it easy for you to adjust or cancel your subscription plan.

Before your make any changes, keep in mind the following:

1. You may change or cancel your subscription at any time, but any change will only take effect on the last day of your current subscription cycle.   

Example:  Your subscription cycle runs from Jan 1st until Jan 31st.   You may cancel the subscription auto-renewal on any day between Jan 1st and Jan 31st, however, your subscription will remain active until the end of the last day of the billing cycle (Jan 31st) and during that period you will be able to use all the subscription features.

To avoid getting charged for another billing cycle, you need to cancel your plan at least one day before your next scheduled billing date.                          

2. You might consider downgrading your subscription instead of cancelling it, to avoid losing you hiring data.

After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to access your Laboro account and use limited features.  However, your active job posts will be automatically closed. Your scheduled interviews and all in-progress applications will be archived.  

What if I need to post more jobs than my subscription plan allows?

Not a problem at all!

You can always purchase additional job posts, video/audio minutes, direct messages and invite-to-apply credits.  This will help you bridge the gap until your credits are refilled with the next billing cycle.   

Should you credit usage consistently exceed your plan's allotment, consider upgrading your plan. 

How can I purchase Laboro subscription? What payment methods can I use?

You may purchase Laboro subscription and add-ons via secure online checkout powered by Stripe, using any of the major credit cards. 


What exactly is the definition of '1 Job Post'?

'1 job post' is a single vacancy, at a specific, unique address which is advertised on Laboro.

When posting a job on Laboro, keep in mind that, after the job has been posted, and the job post is active, the following information about the job CANNOT be edited:

- Job Title

- Name of the business were the job is to be performed

- Address of the business where the job is to be performed

All the other parameters can be modified to best match the labor market dynamic. 

What happens with the unused subscription credits (job posts, video/audio minutes etc.) at the end of the subscription period?

Unless you cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, all the credits which belong to your specific subscription plan will be reset to the package amounts at the start of the following subscription period.

The unused portion of the subscription credits are automatically forfeited at the end of the cycle.

However, add-on credits, purchased separately, are transferred to the next subscription period.  

Posting jobs on Laboro

Can I create and publish a job post on Laboro on my own?


Using our job post generator is fast and easy and you can do it on any device at any time.     

All you'll need to do is click through a few screens, select relevant parameters  (job requirements & benefits, etc),  preview the job post, and if satisfied, click 'publish', and your job post will be live and visible to candidates instantly.   

With Laboro, there is no chasing deadlines! You get to create your job posts on your time, and on your terms 🙌

When and for how long will my job post be visible to job seekers?

Your job post becomes active and visible to candidates as soon as you publish it by clicking on the 'publish' button.

Each job post on Laboro is live for 30 consecutive days from the day it is posted, unless you extend it beyond the 30 days, or close it before the 30 days are up.

Can I extend a job post beyond the 30 days, or close it before it expires?

Of course.

Simply go to MyJobPosts/Active tab, locate the job post you'd like to extend, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, and chose "Extend" to add another 30 days, or "Close this job post".

If you click on "Extend" your  job post will be extended for additional 30 days, and your "Jobs Posted" count will increase by 1.   

You can always see the remaining balance of job posts, interview minutes, invitations to apply and direct messages to non-applicants by going to MyProfile/Subscriptions/Overview.

Can I make changes to a job post?

Laboro app enables you to save drafts of a job post until you are ready to publish it. You can make unlimited changes to a job post while it is in draft..

However, once you publish your job post, you will NOT be able to change the following parameters:

Job type and job role, Job title, Name of the venue at work location, Net salary amount



How does messaging on Laboro work?

Messaging function enables candidates and employers to connect and exchange information safely within the app.

Job seekers may initiate a chat with en employer only after their application was processed by the employer, and the interview has been scheduled.  It's a great way to find out more details about the job and use it to prepare for the interview, or, if needed, request interview to be rescheduled.

Employers, with an active subscription, may initiate a chat with a candidate in 2 ways:

1.  Messaging an applicant:  Employer may message a candidate who has already applied to one of employer's open positions  - FREE feature

2.  Messaging a passive candidate: Employer may reach out to a candidate at any time, even if the job seeker hasn't applied to an open position - PAID Feature

To access inapp messenger, click on the message icon anywhere on the job seeker's profile page or the job post page.  To check for new messages, go to the messenger icon in the upper right corner, next to "MyLaboro"

Is exchanging messages in the Laboro app safe?

We have built messaging feature into Laboro app to provide a safe way for job seekers and employers to connect, without revealing their personal contact information (phone number, email address etc).  


  • We recommend that throughout the hiring process within the Laboro app, you only use the in-app messaging feature to exchange messages with others in the app, and not share your personal contact information unless and until you feel comfortable to do so.

  • If you experience any uncomfortable situations (inappropriate, inflammatory, harassing, hateful language and behavior), immediately report the incident by contacting us at, and close the conversation channel with the user you are reporting.    Just click on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of your in-app messenger.

Conducting Interviews

Who can schedule interviews within Laboro app and how?

Any employer with an active job post and at least one applicant (a job seeker who applied to a job) may schedule an interview with that applicant within the Laboro app.  

When you click on "Request Interview" button on an applicant's profile, an interview scheduling screen will open up.

Propose at least 2 day/time options, click on "Submit" button, and your request with proposed meeting times will be sent to the applicant.   

I am a job seeker. Where can I see requested, scheduled, recent interviews?

To see all of your interview requests, as well as scheduled and past interviews, head to  MyLaboro/MyInterview tab.  There, you'll be able to review the following:

- New interview requests from employers - This is where you'll see new requests and will be able to accept them or decline them with a single click

- Interview requests which you have responded to 

- Scheduled (upcoming) interviews

- Recent interviews

- Archived interviews 

How do I join an audio/video interview within Laboro app?

Just head to your "Scheduled" interviews tab, (MyLaboro/MyInteviews/Scheduled) and locate the scheduled interview you would like to join.

You will be able to join the audio/video call 1 minute before the scheduled start time.   Just click on the "Join Interview" button to be redirected to the call screen.  Once there, click on the "Join" button in the upper right corner.  

How to enable my camera/microphone for the interview?

For Chrome browser users:

1. Click the Allow button on the pop up window to give Laboro access to your microphone and camera during the interview.

2. If you didn't receive the pop up request, click the lock icon in your browser to give Laboro access to your microphone and camera during the interview.
